Janitorial Field Supervisors
Denesoline Environment requires Field Supervisors for our ever growing business.
We are currently recruiting for full-time and temporary Field Supervisors. The temporary vacancies may lead to regular full-time positions.
Reporting directly to the Site Supervisor the Field Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of a number of employees. As supervisor you will be expected to schedule, assign, direct, evaluate and review work for the individual members of the team, ensuring all paperwork is complete and submitted as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate benefits/payroll information
- Daily interaction and supervision of employees
- Work collectively with the Safety Team
- Potentially fill in for Site supervisor; vacation/time off
- Conduct employee evaluations
- Ensure adequate level of supplies for main storage area
- Address concerns regarding employees to Site Supervisor
- Interact with client as directed by Site Supervisor
- Provide direction, training and mentorship to employees
- Attend and/or conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings as scheduled
- Other duties as defined by Site Supervisor
Class 5 license, clean abstract and ability to pass required Drug & Alcohol pre-employment screening.
