Position Type/ Hours: This is a two (2) year term/seconded position working thirty-five (35) hours per week.
 
Term: A Non permanent employee that is successful in this opportunity will be hired as a non permanent employee for a two (2) year term.
Seconded: A Permanent employee that is successful in this opportunity will be returned to their former position without loss of pay, hours of work, seniority and benefits.
 
Position Description: This position will play a key role in identifying the existing systems that need to be moved to a new system, including data identification. They will work closely with the ERP Technical Resources, specifically the Business Intelligence team, to hook the existing data into the new system and data warehouse. They will also advise systems development services on how to integrate the line-of-business applications into the ERP.
 
Qualifications:
 
-          University degree at the Bachelor’s level in computer sciences or management information systems and five (5) years directly related experience.
-          OR
-          A two (2) year diploma in a Computer Information System program from a recognized Institute of Technology and seven (7) years directly related experience.
-          Knowledge of Microsoft Project Management and Visio software is required.
-          Proven experience in coordinating and overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems.
-          Extensive experience with core software applications including Operations Management Systems and Financial Information Management Systems.
-          Proficient in the use of Oracle 9i, Microsoft Visual Studio.NET, and SQL.
-          Above average listening, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.
-          Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision, prioritize and execute tasks to meet difficult deadlines in a fast paced environment is required.
-          Proven ability to communicate clear and consistent information to technical and non-technical individuals is required.
 
Pay / Classification Level: PL 21
 
Salary Range: $43.26 - $50.97 (Term Rate)
