Description:
The Design Group Energy Division is proud to be partnered with one of Alberta's pre-eminent owner/operator companies in the energy sector in their search for a SENIOR GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER.
We are currently seeking an outstanding Senior Geotechnical Engineer with 10 to 15 years' experience to work in the Calgary area on Front End and Conceptual Design Projects for oil sands mining projects.
Necessary experience will include knowledge and practical experience in mining, tailings, utilities and offsites projects. You are a technical expert in your field who loves the camaraderie of a tight team and fast-paced, high variety projects.
Ideal experience will include project cost understanding; hands on and leadership level work; mentoring of juniors and project involvement at all phases.
You must be a P.Eng as recognized by APEGGA.
