Our client offers a broad range of Health Services to the City and Surrounding Areas, while providing Quality Care
- Develops and administers capital equipment requests and annual goals and objectives
- Assist in policy/program from development to maintenance that ensures high standards in patient care
- Staff scheduling and monitoring annual budget
- Evaluate operational methods, provide clinical supervision and develop staff
- Address HR and labour management issues
- Be an active member of Committees as required as well as maintain professional affiliations to keep abreast of recent trends in Health Administration
You require
- Registered or eligible for registration with CARNA
- BScN or Post Graduate specialization preferred
- Valid BCLS required
- 3 to 5 years medicine experience and previous supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills
- Must work well independently and as a leader of a complex interdisciplinary team
