We are currently looking for Tellers at our 2nd Fort. McMurray Location.
This position is responsible for providing excellent service to members in a professional manner. As the first point of contact, you present a favourable image of Servus Credit Union and develop and maintain positive member relations.
Principal Duties:
- Accurately processing all deposits, withdrawals, payments, conducting other transactions and balancing your day's work
- Cross selling, promoting and supporting Servus Credit Union's product & service campaigns
- Finding innovative ways to provide outstanding service in an accurate & efficient manner
- Learning and applying knowledge of policies, procedures, and security guidelines
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, and product promotion and cash handling experience is desirable
- Proven accuracy and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A minimum of grade XII education is required, a Business diploma or certificate is an asset.
- Sound knowledge and confidence using Microsoft Office, Windows based software, Outlook and the Internet are also considerable assets
- Prior credit union and/or other retail banking experience is desirable
