Our client is in search of a Desktop/Network Support Analyst in Ft. McMurray, Alberta.
Performs some/all of the following activities:
- Debug, inspection, operate, monitor, respond to system activities and reducing problems, execute changes, test, design, install, configure, and set-up.
- Problem determination and problem resolution. Additional skills include configuration and network diagnostics (sniffer). WAN and TCP/IP, IPX/SPX, Ethernet experience. VOIP, Carrier bandwidth analysis and protocols are also nice to have these include ISDN, Framerelay, ATM, etc.
