- Title: Custodian
- Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Overtime, Weekend
- Salary: $20.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
- Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
- Location: Fort McMurray, Alberta
Skill Requirements:
- Education: Completion of high school
- Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Languages: Speak English, Read English
- Work Setting: Commercial building
- Specific Maintenance Activities: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors, Empty waste containers, Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings, Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures, Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies, Water and tend to plants
- Equipment Operated/Used: Carpet cleaning machines, Polishing machines, Waxing machines, Steam cleaners, Upholstery cleaning equipment
- Security and Safety: Bondable
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding
- Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
- Essential Skills: Working with others, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing
