Skill Requirements:
- Education: Some high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
- Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Construction Trade Certification, Driver's License
- Experience: 5 years or more
- Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
- Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Industrial construction, Civil (road and bridge construction, etc.)
- Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 20
- Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, Plan and manage budgets
- Additional Skills: Recruit, hire and supervise staff
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
