- Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

- Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Accounting software
- Specific Skills: Establish work priorities, Ensure deadlines are met, Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
- Essential Skills: Writing, Working with others, Job task planning and organizing, Computer use, Continuous learning
- Other Information: Strong knowledge of Microsoft based products. Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.Good Data entry skills
