The Prairie Region Industrial Division:
The Prairie Region Industrial Division works with industrial clients to meet their construction needs in various industry sectors. As a unionized contractor, we provide civil, electrical, structural, and mechanical construction services using a skilled Building Trades workforce.
The Position:
Reporting to the CMT Construction Manager, the Quality Assurance Supervisor will work as part of a team responsible for ensuring the end product meets code and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that the Quality Assurance function is aligned with the performance needs of the organization;
Provide support to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management techniques and facilitate the application of these techniques
Interfacing with clients and industry associations on quality matters;
Implement and monitor quality initiatives including quality training;
Plan and coordinate site surveillance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years experience in a Quality Assurance Management role;
Relevant work experience as an auditor in Industrial Quality (ISO certification preferred);
Demonstrated computer software proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite;
Excellent and proven organizational skills in order to meet multiple deadlines and handle multiple tasks within a high-pressure work environment;
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
Ability to work effectively within a team;
