- Education: Completion of high school
- Experience: Will train

- Work Setting: Appliance store, Automotive parts store, Video and audio equipment store, Electronic products store, Motor vehicle repair shop, Department store, Garden centre, Hardware store, Paint store, Sporting goods store
- Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20
- Specific Skills: Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations, Manage staff and assign duties, Determine merchandise and services to be sold, Determine staffing requirements, Recruit and train staff, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise, Customer service oriented
