POSITION SUMMARY:
Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
- Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
- Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
- Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
- Control store-operating expenses.
- Lead by example in company service standards.
- Manage store physical inventory.
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Manage store Health & Safety program.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University or College diploma in Business an asset.
- Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
