Description
 
Keyano College is currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual to assume the duties of Office Supervisor to the Community & Upgrading Education Division. This full-time, permanent position will commence as soon as a suitable applicant has been found.
 
Responsibilities
 
As the Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient administrative support to the Dean, including the coordination and scheduling of meetings, appointments and travel arrangements. In addition, you will be required to prepare agendas, minutes and correspondence, and support to various committees. This position will also assist in the research and preparation of reports, proposals and other documents as required. This position will supervise the CUE main office and WFD clerical staff.
 
Qualifications
 
Office Administration Diploma or equivalent; with 5 years related experience in an office environment with supervision of staff. The ability to communicate in a clear, accurate, concise and professional manner is a must. Demonstrated superb interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to work independently or as an effective team member are required for this position. The successful candidate will possess excellent word processing skills and must be proficient in Microsoft Office, internet and e-mail. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
 
Salary$50,884 per annum plus an attractive benefits package.
