Description
The Human Resources Department at Keyano College is currently seeking an energetic, experienced and people-oriented individual for the position of Recruitment Advisor. This is a full-time, 1 year project position that will commence on June 2, 2008 and end on or before June 19, 2009; with the possibility of permanency.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of services relating to recruitment and selection; including the preparation and placement of position advertisements, administration of the recruitment process, chairing selection panels, and the preparation of various letters and documents. Projects in other functional areas of human resource management may be assigned.
Qualifications
A Business or HR Diploma preferred with 2 years of related experience or an appropriate combination of education and directly related experience. Strong organizational, interpersonal skills are required, as well as proven oral and written communication abilities with a strong attention to detail. The ability to a work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multi-task is a must for this position and the successful candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to handle confidential matters.
Salary$58,864 - $65,936 per annum based on experience and education; plus an attractive benefits package.
