Keyano College is currently seeking three experienced and enthusiastic individuals to become Heavy Equipment Technician Instructors in our Trades and Heavy Industrial Training Division.
Responsibilities:
- As an instructor you will be required to prepare and deliver quality lessons and demonstrations to students as directed in the curriculum and course outline, maintain student documents and records as well as other related instructional duties.
Qualifications:
- Alberta Journeyperson Heavy Duty Technician certification with interprovincial Red Seal.
- A minimum five years post journeyperson experience is required.
- Advanced knowledge in hydraulics, electrical or fuel injection would be considered an asset.
- Previous experience with both Off Road (Construction) and Highway Equipment preferred.
- Previous experience in an adult education setting or training experience is desired.
