Job Description
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Analyst is responsible for corporate marketing and operational support functions relating to sales and marketing activities for all divisions within the Rohit Group of Companies. This position will also be responsible for all new marketing initiatives and market analysis under the direction of the Marketing Manager and other member of Senior Management.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and drive marketing initiatives as required for various Rohit Group operations including Rohit Communities, Rohit Land Development, Rohit Commercial and Rohit Capital divisions.
- Indepth analysis and reporting of marketing campaign results.
- Researching new markets for viability.
- Ongoing maintenance and redesign of websites.
- Focus on web site optimization initiatives.
- Undertake any sales and marketing initiatives set forth by the Marketing Manager.
- Review and assess new market opportunities and land for product placement and pricing.
- Identify, as directed, possible new properties for Rohit Communities, Rohit Commercial and Rohit Land Development.
- Allocate and monitor all spending in accordance with marketing budgets.
- Provide support to Sales Manager, sales staff and other management as required.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field.
Interpersonal and Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with a background in research and reporting.
- Ability to manage deadlines and resources for multiple projects.
- Knowledge of website optimization, social media and new marketing technologies.
- Flexible and adaptable to rapid change.
- Experience using MS Office including MS Word. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
