We're Looking For.
 
We are seeking skilled and highly motivated printer service technicians who possess a natural affinity for servicing customers beyond their expectations. Sound technical training and skills, and a proven track record in the printer/copier industry are required.
 
Qualifications:

• minimum 2-3 years in a service role
• HP certified on a wide range of print devices, including colour printers, wide format printers and plotters
• diploma in a computer or electronics related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• PDI+ and A+ certifications are desirable
• demonstrated knowledge of computer systems and networking
• experience installing hardware and upgrading device drivers and superior trouble shooting skills are essential
• Successful candidates will also demonstrate superior customer service skills.
• Time management skills, neat appearance and the ability to organize a busy schedule are key requirements of this position.
