Responsibilities:
- Lead experience an asset with supervising 20+ team members through all phases of engineering
- Plan and prepare equipment and work specifications.
- Support technical and project execution activities, such as: electrical equipment procurement packages, preparing project estimates, etc.
- Provide engineering management, development and coaching to a team of engineers and designers.
Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer
- 10+ years of relevant experience, preferable in an EPC environment and in supervisory/management roles.
- Ability to supervise and manage large project teams.
- Strong leadership and delegation skills.
- Solid knowledge of Electrical software applications.
