Responsibilities:
- Checking of design drawings/documents
- Provide technical direction and leadership to the design team on a project.
- Coordinating work with other disciplines
Requirements:
- Diploma in instrumentation/electrical technology from a recognized institution or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in the design of instrumentation wiring utilizing Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) Wiring Module
- Proficient with 2D Autocad and/or Microstation
- Proficient with 3D Autoplant, PDS and/or SP3D.
- Utilization of P&IDs and plot plans for instrument wiring and locations
- Working knowledge of instrumentation commodities, drawing requirements, and the Canadian Electrical Code
