The Position
These positions will provide effective Human Resources administrative support to the Regional Operations Manager, Branch Human Resources Contacts and assigned Human Resources Business Partner, including the administration, coordination and correspondence related to HR processes such as new hires, leaves, transfers and maintenance of tracking systems for vacation and absenteeism.
Requirements
- The successful candidates will have 1 to 2 years of Human Resources administrative support work in a large organization or Branch, an understanding of Alberta/BC Employment Standards and Labour legislation coupled with knowledge of Finning (Canada) Human Resources processes.
- These self-starters will demonstrate a collaborative work and communication style required for working in a matrix reporting structure between Regional Management and the Human Resources group.
- These detail-oriented individuals will be proficient in all aspects of MS Office suite and will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Post-secondary certification or diploma in Human Resources or general business will be considered an asset.
