Our client located in Calgary has openings for the position of Turnover/ Commissioning Coordinator/ Manager.
Role and Responsibilities
- This person is accountable to the Construction Completions Manager and is responsible for turn over coordination and including the following activities within their respective discipline:
- He or She manages the regular review of Work to Go items and documents the close out of items up to Mechanical Completion.
- Attends final system walk downs.
- Attends weekly / daily system turnover meetings as required.
- Prepares and Documents the Mechanical Completion Certificates.
Position Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical project experience
- 8 - 15+ years of engineering design experience in the energy and chemical industry
- The ideal fit candidate should have experience supervising engineering staff and exposure to the various design disciplines.
