Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day

Skill Requirements
 
Education:

• Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training

 
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.):

• A+ Certification

 
Experience:

• 3 years to less than 5 years

 
Languages:

• Speak English,
• Speak French,
• Read English,
• Read French,
• Write English

 
Type of Service and Repair:

• Photocopiers,
• Computer peripheral equipment

 
Work Location Information:

• On-site customer service

 
Transportation/Travel Information:

• Own vehicle,
• Valid driver's licence

 
Security and Safety:

• Criminal record check

 
Other Information:

• Skill, training and experience in basic network, hardware/software installation/configuration Controller training/certification or experience an asset A+, N+ and MCSE (or equivalent) certification
