The Position
We require Administrative Assistants for various contracts. Some of these positions may include shift work.
Role and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will possess:
- 5+ years of experience in an office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs, Typing, and Email
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or in a group
- Administrative Assistant Diploma/Certificate or equivalent work experience
- Maintaining both hardcopy and electronic filing systems.
- Data entry
- Preparation of correspondence, reports and presentations
- Coordinating meetings, functions and travel arrangements
- Answering telephones
- Timekeeping administration
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Taking meeting minutes
- Photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents
