Our client a leader in large scale industrial manufacturing is currently seeking a Engineering Director for their Halifax, NS location.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overall responsibility for meeting cost, schedule and quality targets for all new construction design programs.
- Leadership of design engineering team
- Lead the development and implementation of overall design engineering process framework
- Performance reporting and management for overall design engineering effort
Experience & Education Requirements - Knowledge & Skills:
- Qualified engineer in relevant discipline
- Minimum of 10 years leadership experience in large scale industrial manufacturing design
- Proven ability to lead a large, multi-discipline engineering team to achieve high performance levels in a complex fast moving environment
