Overview:
We are currently seeking two high caliber Contracts Administrators to join our client's team of experienced professionals. One Contract Administrator will be based in Ft. McMurray and the other will be Prince George. You will be working for one of the world's leading engineering, procurement and construction companies to the Oil, Gas & Petrochemical sector.
You will have knowledge of and/or experience in the following:
- EPC contractual issues
- Utilization of various commercial methods
- Change management and claims prevention skills
- Working on alliance or joint venture projects
You must have experience in:
- Working for an EPC company
- Overall EPC contract planning, RFP development, issue, subsequent negotiation and award, management and field administration of complex high value engineering & construction contracts
- Supervisory role(s)
- Working with and supervision of sub-contractors
- Formulating change orders to existing contracts for change in scope or pricing
- Participating in the review and settlement of claims and conflicts.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years related experience
- Post secondary training in Quantity Surveying, Procurement or Legal areas
