Position Type/ Hours: This is a relief position working thirty-five (35) hours per week for approximately one (1) year.

Role and Responsibilities
Provide support to client departments in planning for and using information and communications technologies. As well, compile and communicate client department business needs to IT to assist with the planning and delivering of better services so clients can gain the most value from IT investments.
Qualifications
- Two (2) year diploma program in Computer Science/Computer
- Information Systems (CIS) from a recognized Institute of Technology.
- Graduate/Associate certificate in Project Management required.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of responsible experience in managing projects.
- Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, and methodology development.
- Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, systems, and projects.
- Experience with interacting with stakeholders and coordinating projects.
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles, processes, and requirements for strategic planning.
- Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a small team environment.
- Tact, patience and diplomacy are required.
- Highly self motivated and directed with a proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and meet difficult deadlines.
- Ability to interview end-users for insight on functionality, interface, and/or usability issues and provide appropriate documentation.
- Flexible and adaptable when confronted with shifting priorities.
- Proven aptitude in relation to continuous learning and understanding of new technologies.
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail while maintaining a global view of the entire organization and industry trends at large.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Excellent participative leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, negotiation and organization skills.
Salary/ Benefits & Compensation
Pay / Classification Level: PL 19 Salary Range: $43.42 (Relief Rate)
In addition to the rate of pay, we offer other attractive incentives:
- an additional bi-weekly payment of $480 which represents a cost of living allowance
