The Company

The Position
You will be responsible for supervising and managing your sales team, inspiring them to excel toward performance goals. Working with the Branch Manager you will help optimize daily branch operations by advising pricing strategies, contributing to financial reports, and monitoring team productivity. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service by ensuring that all aspects of the sales process are aligned including pricing, procurement, service, delivery, and inventory.

A background that demonstrates your proven leadership skills combined with sales experience and an understanding of the local market dynamics make you ideal for this role.
