Overview:
 
Acuren is seeking applicants to assist with senior administrative duties at our clients sites. This position will focus on the submission of daily force reports, time reports and other office duties.
 
Primary responsibilities include:

  • SAP Data entry
  • Prepare and review daily time reports for submission
  • Create and maintain daily force reports
  • Act as a liaison between Acuren and clients
 
What you will bring:
  • 2 – 3 years of SAP (or comparable database) experience
  • Completion of high school
  • Computer skills with a proficient understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Intermediate level skill set in Excel and Accounts Receivable
  • Minimum 50 wpm typing proficiency
