ICS Group is expanding and looking for a Territory Manager for Fort McMurray and area
Construction and Plant Site sales:
We are ICS Group, the leading provider of specialized Portable Climate Control Systems in Alberta. Due to expansion, we are looking for a motivated salesperson to represent our specialized equipment line and expert services in the Fort McMurray area.
The Role of this position:
You are a motivated customer solutions specialist with the following attributes: flexible, professional, team player that can work in a fast paced dynamic environment, desire to master and execute technical solutions, excellent business acumen and a positive attitude.
To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills which are essential to success in this position:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to make sound business decisions based on customer needs and competitive forces.
- Your mandate will be to source new business while maintaining excellent relationships with current customer’s site and head office level.
- You must have industry contacts.
- You are a confident and motivated individual with the ability to meet sales expectations.
- You are aggressive and customer focused who welcomes change and is results driven.
- Flexible & can work well independently. A portion of travel will be out of town.
- Self motivated with strong computer skills.
- Effective prospecting and follow up
- Preference will be given to candidates with direct industry experience.
Note:
Full technical training is provided to enhance your experience in outside sales, rental/equipment industry, project management, and construction/plant site industry is essential. As well, attention to technical detail and experience with solution documentation that facilitates solution deployment.
