We are a new communications company in Fort McMurray. Offering an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and exciting team. The individual we are seeking should be a proven achiever and polished professional to provide administrative support for our executive management team. Reports To: Director, Human Resources
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Document preparation and management, formats and edits letters, memos, reports and presentations from the draft stage to client ready work ·
- Responsible for overall appearance of the office including cleanliness. ·
- Manages the budget, track expenses, finalize invoicing. Dispatching, tracking and reception of commercial documents via domestic and international courier service to customers, suppliers and banks ·
- Organizes meetings by making arrangements and distributing related materials. Oversees/monitors travel arrangements for general staff ·
- Ensures quality standards of all administrative process and procedures. ·
- Greets customers and contacts the appropriate persons that the customers wish to meet.
- Responsible for administering building security Knowledge with Microsoft Office programs.
