Fort McMurray has a new opening for a Service Manager in the Heavy Equipment field.
 
Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a licensed Heavy Equipment Mechanic, a strong leader, and fiscally trained with a track record for successful decision making skills.
• This role requires a strong technical aptitude, proficient computer abilities, with the ability to coordinate shop activities while protecting the bottom line.
• We are looking for a progressive leader that utilizes mentoring and coaching methods to develop talent on the shop floor with a focus on long term big picture.
• Licensed Ag Technicians with a similar background will also be considered.

• $105,000 - $114,600/year.
• This competitive compensation package will also involve a multi-level bonus structure, and a fantastic benefits package.

• Days, Monday - Friday.
• Flexible working hours will be required for this key role.
