We are currently looking for an experienced Service Manager to over see all operations in a fast paced and growing service department.
 
Requirements/ Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will have over 10 years experience in the construction and mining industries and over 5 years supervisory and management experience.
• Primary responsibilities will be to manage varying size teams of Shop and Field Technicians, provide leadership and training to service personnel, ensure customer satisfaction is a priority, and help grow the service department and achieve corporate goals to ensure overall profitability.
• A valid Heavy Equipment Technician Certificate or related Mechanic License is a mandatory requirement for this position.

• Salary negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
• Full company benefits, vehicle allowance and a matching RRSP. $1100 per month Living Allowance is also offered.

• Days, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Friday).
• Must be flexible to work any hours required.
