Skill Requirements
 
Education:

• Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training

 
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.):

• Boilermaker Trade Certification

 
Experience:

• 5 years or more

 
Languages:

• Speak English,
• Read English,
• Write English

 
Human Resources Responsibility:

• 20 +

 
Workers Supervised:

• Boilermakers, Welders

 
Major Work Area:

• Repair

 
Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience:

• Industrial

 
Specific Skills:

• Supervise workers and projects,
• Co-ordinate and schedule activities,
• Ensure adherence to safety standards

 
Additional Skills:

• Prepare production and other reports,
• Estimate material and labour costs,
• Prepare bids

• Work under pressure

 
Work Site Environment:

• Noisy
