Job Description

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day
Salary: $16.50 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Bonus, Other Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Fort McMurray, Alberta (1 vacancy)
 
Skill Requirements
 
Education:

  • Completion of high school
 
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.):
  • Not required
 
Experience:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years
 
Languages:
  • Speak English,
  • Read English,
  • Write English
 
Work Setting:
  • Apartment/condominium complex
 
Specific Maintenance Activities:
  • Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors,
  • Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse,
  • Empty waste containers,
  • Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings,
  • Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures,
  • Water and tend to plants,
  • Work with minimal supervision
 
Equipment Operated/Used:
  • Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers,
  • Carpet cleaning machines,
  • Polishing machines
Security and Safety:
  • Criminal record check
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work under pressure,
