Pacer Group of Companies is currently seeking a Project Administrator/Travel and Camp Coordinator to aid in our continued growth. This is a camp position with fly-in-fly-out benefits.
Responsibilities
The Project Administrator/ Travel and Camp Coordinator is required to perform duties including, but not limited to:
- Requesting client charter flights
- Requesting commercial flights from head office when needed
- Booking flights and travel according to the manpower schedule
- Prepare documents as requested by Project Management using MS office
- Maintaining/Filing reports, memos, letters, and other documents
- Other duties as required
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience
- At least two years experience in an administrator position
- Experience in booking and requesting flights
- Intermediate MS office skills
- Post secondary education in business administration is an asset
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships, both internally and externally
- Detail orientated and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent organization skills
- Capacity to prioritize assessing situations to determine urgency
