Salary: $16.92 Hourly for 40 hours per week

Specific Skills:

• Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods,
• Work with minimal supervision,
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food,
• Order supplies and equipment,
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers,
• Clean kitchen and work areas,
• Wash dishes,
• Schedule staff,
• Manage kitchen operations
