Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting Windows, Office, Outlook, and application software and hardware issues
- Troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problems on the desktop level
- Communicate feedback to technical infrastructure team on common issues and suggest efficiency improvements
- Assist with general help desk support
- Complete equipment and user moves, additions and changes for desktop technology
- Complete operational duties as assigned
- Complete diagnostics, operational tasks and commissioning of system servers as assigned
- Other duties may be assigned as required
Qualifications
- Year of related work experience is preferred
- High school graduation with related post-secondary training and/or advanced courses or a diploma or certificate from a recognized post secondary institution
- Proven track record in PC hardware and software support
- Sound understanding of basic IP and Microsoft networking principles
- Experience in a fast-paced environment an asset
- Excellent oral, written and communication skills
- Strong customer service aptitude

Will be required to work in Edmonton and other locations in Alberta
