As a Site Supervisor...
The Site Supervisor will play a key leadership role and will provide detailed strategic oversight to operations within the Hertz Rental facilities. This person will both implement initiatives and drive the results through their Area Managers, while setting goals and making sure that all their operations run efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Inspire staff members to reach for high goals, encourage open discussion of ideas for improving the Region’s performance, and challenge staff members to develop to their potential.
- Challenge, encourage and develop Employees.
- Achieve fleet utilization and depreciation goals.
- Understand and use operating statements effectively.
- Manage required administrative tasks, controls and reports.
- Meet/Exceed established revenue goals.
- Set target goals for area staff.
- Demonstrate ability to work in ambiguity and solve problems independently.
- Remain current on all administrative duties according to company policy.
- Conduct monthly meetings with area staff.
- Give specific performance feedback to each employee on a semi-annual and annual basis.
- Role model leadership skills.
- Adhere to company policy and procedure.
