Requirements/ Role and Responsibilities

• Must be computer efficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to create new data bases.
• Must have excellent communication skills in talking with the clients.
• Manage the SSR log.
• Input all new SSR's as well as issue the SSR's to the respective contractors to execute.
• Monitor and track all SSR efforts through to completion and close out.
• Maintain and run the vehicle and equipment data base.

• 5-7 years of previous Construction Experience
