The Position
Children 1st Community Child Care Network Society is seeking a contract Marketing Leader to help the Society lead fund development & marketing/communication strategy development for the Society. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors this position has a key leadership role in developing & maintaining the Society's brand.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement marketing plan for growing & diversifying the Society's revenue sources
- Identify, develop & execute all fund raising endeavors & grant/philanthropic revenue seeking proposals
- Serve as a spokesperson for the Society with responsibility for public & media relations, marketing communications & webpage strategy& management$0 $0Provide support to the Board of Directors & Management Team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree & related experience in non-profit development work preferably with significant foundation, corporate and donor fund raising experiences
- Proficient at proposal/grant writing and negotiating successful outcomes
- Ability to develop & manage budgets
- Proven management & leadership capabilities
- Ability to prepare & deliver informative presentations to small & large audiences
Salary/ Benefits & Compensation
