Alberta’s leading Condominium Management Company is expanding and requires a Property Manager to manage a portfolio of Condominium Corporations and rental properties in Fort McMurray.
This position involves working with the elected condominium Boards to facilitate the day to day administration, maintenance and financial management of a portfolio of condominium projects. Strong management, communication, organizational & customer service skills are required, as well as the ability to work flexible hours to accommodate evening meetings.
Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate or property/ hotel management combined with working with volunteer groups or elected Boards would be an asset.
