Keyano College is a comprehensive community college with three campuses serving northeastern Alberta. With an annual enrolment of 1,300 credit and 5,600 non-credit students, it offers a wide range of programs, from university level academic programs to heavy industrial and trades training to visual and performing arts. Responsibilities:
The Trades & Heavy Industrial Division of Keyano College is currently seeking a Power Engineering/Process Operations Instructor. This is a full-time permanent position commencing as soon as a suitable candidate can be found.Reporting to the Chair of the Power Engineer/Process Operations Programs, you will be required to prepare and deliver courses in both 4th and 3rd Class Powering Engineering and Process Operations instruction.
Qualifications:
Power Engineering certification or equivalent with 5 – 7 years Oil and Gas Processing experience or;Post Secondary education (Mechanical or Chemical Engineering), with five years Power Engineering/Process Operations experience. Experience teaching in an adult learning environment would be considered an asset.
Remuneration:
Placement on the salary scale will be dependent upon educational and experiential qualifications.
