BUSINESS ANALYST
Keyano College is currently seeking an experienced individual for the position of Business Analyst. This is a full-time, permanent position commencing immediately.
Reporting to the Assistant Registrar, Systems, the incumbent will work with all projects related to IT and systems in The Office of the Registrar. This will include gathering & documenting business requirements, testing systems, and proposing solutions to streamline processes. The successful candidate will also become the expert user for the Student Information System (PowerCampus), as well as train other staff on this system. The incumbent will also support the Assistant Registrar in reviewing data and producing reports, liaise with other departments interfacing with the SIS and work closely with the Finance Department.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in a related field, with a minimum of two years experience in a post secondary setting is preferred. Familiarity with the processes in a post secondary Office of the Registrar would be a definite asset. The incumbent must have a demonstrated knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and web-based technologies. This position requires good communication skills, the ability to interpret technical information to a non-technical audience; as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
SALARY: $65,936.00 per annum plus an attractive benefits package.
