REGISTRAR
Keyano College's Office of the Registrar is currently seeking an experienced individual for the position of Registrar. This is a full time, permanent position that will commence on July 2, 2008.
Reporting to the Director of Student Services, the Registrar will provide direction, leadership, and management in the areas of admission, registration, advising, academic records and transcripts, reception, student funding, timetabling and scheduling, and student information collection and reporting. They will communicate and collaborate with other areas of the college as well as externally with provincial committees and organizations. This position must ensure the effective implementation of Keyano College policies and procedures related to Students. The Registrar plays a key role in the planning and management of student information systems. They also plan, oversee, and/or participate in key student events such as convocation, student awards, and orientation.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in a related field, with a minimum of five years' experience in a post-secondary Registrars or Admissions Office. Experience with supervision of a diverse group is required for this position and experience in a position requiring leadership, management, and planning would be a definite asset; as would experience with a Student Information System.
SALARY: $92,976-$98,638 per annum plus an attractive benefits package.
