INSTRUCTOR, POWER ENGINEERING
 
(2 Positions)
 
The Trades & Heavy Industrial Division of Keyano College is currently seeking 2 knowledgeable, experienced Power Engineering Instructors.  These are full-time permanent positions commencing as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
 
Reporting to the Chair of the Power Engineer Program, you will be required to deliver power engineering instruction, for 4th, 3rd and 2nd Class Power Engineering through classroom instruction, and Blackboard to registered students.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:  2nd Class Power Engineering with five years'Power Engineering experience preferred.  Experience in teaching in an adult learning environment would be an asset, together with the proven ability to successfully transfer to the student the skills and knowledge required to gain employment in industry.  Excellent interpersonal skills are required. Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint would be an asset.
 
SALARY:  Placement on the salary scale will be dependent upon educational and experiential qualifications.
