ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Counselling and Career Services

Keyano College is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Counselling and Career Services Department. The Keyano College Counselling & Career Services department is a comprehensive center which provides personal, career and academic counselling, disabilities services, co-operative education and career services. This is a full-time, permanent position, commencing August 1, 2008.
Reporting to the Chair of Counselling and Career Services you will be responsible for the general supervision of the administrative staff and management of the data and reports associated with the Learner Assistance Program. General duties include supports to the Chair position - forms and budget tracking and the coordination, scheduling and minutes of team meetings and other committees.
QUALIFICATIONS: Office Administration Diploma preferred with two years' relevant experience. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently or as a member of a team. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point is required for this position. Knowledge of F.O.I.P. legislation with proven ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
SALARY: $44,526 per annum plus an attractive benefits package.
