- Title: Appliance Service Technician
- Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day

Skill Requirements:
- Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
- Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Appliance Repair Trade Certification, 2nd Period Apprentice, 3rd Period Apprentice
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Languages: Speak English, Read English
- Type of Equipment: Small household appliances, Large household appliances
- Specific Skills: Diagnose faults, using testing devices, Repair electrical appliances and components, Replace faulty components
- Security and Safety: Driver's validity license check, Eligible for professional liability insurance
- Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Steel-toed safety boots
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to distinguish between colours, Bending, crouching, kneeling
- Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence, Vehicle supplied by employer
- Work Location Information: On-site customer service
- Essential Skills: Reading text, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making
