Administrative Assistant
Your Contribution
As the Administrative Assistant at one of our remote accounts, you will be responsible for providing organized and timely office administration support including preparing and recording financial and payroll data, AP, AR, cash reports, and statistical information.
The incumbent will be required to stay on site, working a rotation of 5 days working and 2 days off or ten days working and four days off. Accommodations and food will be provided.

- Post secondary education or equivalent experience
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office - specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
