WORKFORCE COORDINATOR
(2 positions)
The Community and Upgrading Education Department requires two enthusiastic, experienced individuals for the position of Workforce Coordinator. These are full-time permanent positions commencing July 21, 2008.
Reporting to the Dean of Academic Upgrading Education, the successful candidates will be responsible for overall running of existing programs; research, creation and development of courses that extend current programming; recruitment, contract and evaluation of instructors; business plan development to accomplish defined financial goals as well as fostering partnerships and customer relations.
Qualifications: A University degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years' experience in education or industrial training preferred. The successful candidate will possess solid Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of adult learning concepts. Creativity, flexibility, willingness to learn; excellent customer service; the ability to assess the market and work collaboratively with clients to meet emergent needs is essential for this position.
Salary: $73,840 - 82,680 per annum plus an attractive benefits package.
