Responsibilities:

  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures;
  • Establish methods to meet work schedule
  • Workers Supervised
  • Kitchen and food service helpers;
  • Food service counter attendants and food preparers;
  • Food and beverage servers
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
  • Establish work schedules;
  • Ensure food service and quality control
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Requirements:

    1. Ability to Supervise 5-10 people
    2. Team player
    3. Languages: English
    4. Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    5. 7 months to less than 1 year Experience
    6. Address customers' complaints or concerns;
